a. Ethics. Lex's Wilderness Adventures intends to operate at the highest levels of ethical behaviour. Our code of ethics is: "Treat Others and the Environment as You Would Treat Yourself"
b. At LWA our ethical viewpoint is that if you treat others and the environment well you will yourself be treated well. Everyone has the right to be treated with respect and to be treated fairly.
c. Code of conduct for employees is that they must treat all fellow employees with respect. This pertains as well to all clients. Employees must remain polite to all customers. It is expected that customers as well should be calm and ask questions in a polite respectful manner.
