a. We will recruit employees mainly from Biigtigong who are experienced and have the necessary wilderness skills but if we cannot fill the positions then we look first nearby First Nations then to the general public.

b. Criteria for selection: 

    1- Must be physically fit.

    2- Must have wilderness skills.

    3- Must remain cool under pressure

    4- Must be hard working and have the ability to live in the wilderness for long periods.

c. We will retain our employees by empowering them to make their own decisions. We will also put in place a profit sharing scheme based on the number of days each employee was working. We will motivate them by having them make decisions and profit sharing. 

d. We will maintain a high quality workforce by ensuring that training is ongoing and up to date. We will also put in place a mentorship program so that younger guides can be mentored by experienced guides.
